Our Story
pAIwares exists because banks keep losing merchant services revenue to third parties — and the tools to fix that didn't exist. We built them.
Our founders spent careers inside banks, processors, and fintechs. They ran merchant portfolios, negotiated processor contracts, and built the software that powers payment acceptance. When they saw the same problems repeated at every institution — fragmented processors, manual onboarding, zero deposit visibility — they started pAIwares.
Today we work two ways: hands-on consulting for banks and enterprises that need strategy and execution, and a white-label platform that lets banks own merchant services end-to-end. Both are powered by AI we built specifically for payments.
